Fulfilling the Directive concerning integrated pollution prevention and control (the IPPC Directive), AGRIA S.A. obtained in 2004 an Integrated Permit to operate the existing installations and facilities, which ensures:

Objective of the Directive is the achievement of integrated prevention and control of the pollution that results from the production activity. This act introduces specific measures aimed at prevention and limitation of emissions in the environmental media (air, water and land) as well as measures regarding the environmental impact factors.
